And he said unto me, These sayings [are] faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to shew unto his servants the things which must shortly be done. (2) This whole book is concluded and made up by a confirmation, and a salutation.
These sayings are true--thrice repeated (Rev 19:9; Rev 21:5). For we are slow to believe that God is as good as He is.
